We partner only with licensed venues and trusted operators so the experience feels premium, safe, and intentional. Tours blend lounge moments, creative photo ops, immersive art, and a dinner stop—so guests can relax, connect, and enjoy a night that feels both elevated and effortless.
Our hosts keep energy up and the schedule tight, creating micro-moments for reels, group photos, and surprise challenges. VIP upgrades add preferred seating, early bus access, and a little extra “only in Vegas” treatment.
Nomadic Leaf doesn’t sell cannabis. Purchases happen directly at partner venues when permitted by law. On-bus or public consumption is prohibited. 21+ with valid government ID.

How long is the tour?About 4h45–5h15 depending on traffic and show timing.
What’s included in the ticket?All transport between listed stops, hosted experience, dinner at The Beast (AREA15), and curated activities. Purchases at venues are optional and paid directly.
Can I consume on the bus?No. Consumption occurs only at licensed venues when permitted by venue rules and Nevada law.
Age & ID?21+ with a valid government ID required for all guests—no exceptions.
Where is pickup?Final pickup location and show details are sent 48 hours before your tour.
What should I bring?Government ID, payment method for any optional purchases, and comfortable shoes for short walks/photos.
Accessibility?Email info@nomadicleaf.com with needs—we’ll coordinate reasonable accommodations with venues/transport.
What’s VIP Premium Seating?Early bus access for preferred seats, premium lounge seating plus one infused beverage, and a small swag touch. Limited availability.
What if I’m late?We depart on time. Late arrivals may be asked to meet the group at the next stop; no refunds for missed segments.
Group bookings or buyouts?Yes—reach out for custom dates, corporate groups, or celebrations.
Photos/video?Our hosts capture group moments. By attending you may appear in recap content. Tell a host if you prefer not to be featured.
Tipping?Appreciated for drivers/hosts, entirely optional.
Weather/traffic changes?The route may adjust for safety or partner availability. We’ll always deliver the core experience.
Terms & Policies
Cancellations: Refundable up to 72 hours before start time (unless a ticketing platform states otherwise on its checkout page). Within 72 hours, tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to another 21+ guest.
Compliance: Follow all venue rules and Nevada law. Nomadic Leaf does not sell cannabis. Public or on-bus consumption is prohibited.
ID & Refusal of Service: Valid government ID required. Guests who are visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or non-compliant may be denied boarding or removed without refund.
Late/No-Show: We depart on time. Missed segments or no-shows are non-refundable.
Route Changes: Venues, shows, or timing may change due to availability, traffic, or safety. Equivalent value will be provided.
Purchases: All product purchases are made directly with licensed partners and are subject to their policies and taxes.
VIP Add-On: Limited inventory. Perks listed (early access, preferred lounge seating + one infused beverage, swag). No cash equivalent; non-refundable within 72 hours.
Accessibility: Contact us in advance for reasonable accommodations. Some venues may have capacity or layout constraints.
Content & Privacy: Photos/video may be captured for brand recaps. Tell a host on arrival if you prefer not to be featured.
Force Majeure: We aren’t liable for delays or changes caused by events outside our control (weather, traffic, venue incidents, etc.).
Peak-Date Surcharge: A $20 per-guest surcharge may apply on select peak dates (e.g., F1, CES).
